BREAKING: AgentExchange search is now intent-driven
Keyword Intelligence for ISVs
AppExchange search visibility isn't a vanity metric. It directly impacts discovery, credibility, and won deals.
Keyword Intelligence is a managed visibility service built specifically for Salesforce AppExchange ISVs. It shows where your listing is already competing well, where it's invisible, what changed, and exactly what to do next.

The demo runs on a fictional PC-hardware vendor (NovaCore Systems) with fully synthetic data. That's deliberate: client data never becomes marketing material. Yours won't either.
What you'll see in the demo
Momentum & Proof
Rankings only matter if you can prove they moved and prove they stayed moved.
Every dashboard opens with a proof panel measured against your engagement baseline:
Executive Summary
Positions Gained — total ranking positions recovered across all tracked keywords since the baseline snapshot. Not cherry picked wins; the aggregate.
#1 Ranks Achieved — keywords taken to the top position since work began.
Momentum — the percentage of your ranked keywords on a positive trajectory overall. A keyword can dip in a single snapshot and still count as positive if it's holding at or near its best observed rank.
Progress Retained — the honest metric most reports won't show you. When keywords slip (and in a competitive category, some will), this quantifies how much of the earned gain was kept versus given back. Declines aren't hidden or reframed; they're measured, explained, and turned into the next set of actions.
Together these answer the only questions that matter month to month: is the work compounding, and are the gains durable?
Keyword Clusters
Most ISVs still evaluate keywords one at a time. Buyers don't search that way.
Clusters group related AppExchange search terms into intent categories. In the demo, notice how clusters reveal where a listing owns a category, where it's not visible at all, and which direction each cluster is trending. Click any competitor to see their coverage across the cluster's keywords.
Keyword Clusters
Tracked Keywords
Tracked keywords focus on the terms that drive installs and pipeline. Instead of a wall of numbers, you see which keywords are improving, flat, or declining, where you hold #1 positions, and where you're missing entirely & competitors that consistently block growth.

How the service works
This is a managed service, not a self-serve SEO tool.
Dashboards are updated regularly with historical snapshots, so gains are provable over time. Ongoing listing optimization is tied to AppExchange visibility, competitive pressure, and conversion impact. You always know what changed, why it changed, and what to do next.
Transparency & Salesforce compliance
Trust is the oxygen of the Salesforce ecosystem, and this service is designed to respect it.
No bots interact with your listing. No fake engagement, no manipulation of AppExchange systems, no gray-hat review or ranking tactics. The work focuses on legitimate levers: content quality, positioning, and buyer-intent alignment. Insights are grounded in a proprietary research dataset covering the AppExchange catalog.
Why ISVs like the delivery format
Each report is a single interactive HTML file. No logins to remember, no passwords to manage, no tracking, and it works on desktop and mobile.
Teams like it because it can live anywhere: as an email attachment, inside a deck, or in an internal knowledge base. Lightweight to distribute, powerful to use.
Who this is for
Keyword Intelligence is selective by design. To maintain transparency, compliance, and meaningful results, I work with a limited number of AppExchange ISV partners.
Every engagement begins with a brief review of your listing to confirm alignment with Salesforce guidelines and a sustainable growth approach. If it's not a fit, I'll say so upfront.
Pricing
Two plans. The only difference is who implements the changes.
Clarity — $1,200/month
The dashboard, competitor context, trends, and a clear "do this next" plan. Interpretation and prioritization included. Your team implements the changes.
Ownership — $2,400/month
Everything in Clarity, plus implementation. You approve direction; I execute the changes inside your listing.
Optional add-on: Hosted dashboard — $300/month
A private, password-protected link that always shows the latest version of your dashboard. Not a SaaS platform, just convenient, secure hosting.
Engagements start with a 90-day initial term. If it's clearly not a fit after the first month, you can opt out.
Prepaid options

Keyword Intelligence isn't about chasing vanity rank screenshots. It's about being discovered by the right buyers, in the searches that actually precede pipeline and revenue. This service provides a simple, trusted way to know what to do next.
If you'd like to see your own listing through that lens, let's talk.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is Keyword Intelligence?
A managed visibility service for Salesforce AppExchange ISVs. You get an interactive dashboard, competitor context, and clear, prioritized actions to improve and defend your rankings. It is not a self-serve SEO tool and not generic web SEO.
Is this a one-time report or an ongoing service?
Ongoing. AppExchange search behavior changes as competitors update listings, reviews shift, and categories evolve. Insights and implementation need to keep pace, which is why this is a subscription rather than a one-off report.
Why is there a 90-day initial term?
Most partners see early movement within the first weeks as blocking issues and obvious opportunities get addressed. But AppExchange search signals don't fully shift overnight. Ninety days is the smallest realistic window to implement changes, observe how the search algorithm responds, and refine. If after the first month it's clearly not a fit, you can opt out.
Why do you prefer quarterly or annual subscriptions?
Because of how rankings behave. Search rankings are fitness, not switches: it's faster to maintain & improve strong positions than to lose them and fight your way back. Momentum builds with consistent effort, and when the work pauses, competitors fill the gap.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Clarity: you implement the recommended changes. Ownership: I implement them for you. Both include the dashboard, insights, trends, and a prioritized action plan. The only difference is who turns the knobs.
Do you guarantee ranking improvements?
No gimmicky guarantees. What I guarantee is clarity: you will know where you stand, what changed, and exactly what to do next. In practice, partners see improvements because the work is sustained, focused, and aligned with buyer intent.
What payment methods do you accept?
All prices in USD. ACH bank transfer, or credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoices can be monthly, quarterly, or annual depending on your plan.
What happens if we cancel after a few months?
You keep your dashboards and the gains achieved to that point. But rankings behave like fitness: stopping leads to slippage, and rebuilding later takes longer than maintaining momentum.
How often are dashboards updated?
Regularly, with proactive monitoring weekly. Important movements either get implemented (Ownership) or sent as targeted recommendations (Clarity).
Is the service compliant with Salesforce policies?
Yes. The service is designed around transparency and alignment with Salesforce agreements: no bots interacting with your listing, no fake engagement, no manipulation of AppExchange systems, and no gray-hat review or ranking tactics. Work focuses on legitimate levers — content quality, clarity, buyer-intent alignment, and listing optimization.
Can you host the dashboards for us?
Yes. The optional hosted dashboard add-on provides a private, password-protected link that always reflects the latest version.
Is this general SEO?
No. This focuses specifically on AppExchange search visibility, competitive positioning, and conversion in the Salesforce ecosystem.
