Keyword Intelligence for ISVs
AppExchange search SEO visibility isn’t a vanity metric.
It directly impacts discovery, credibility, and closed-won deals.
Keyword Intelligence is a managed visibility service built specifically for Salesforce AppExchange ISVs.
It shows where your listing is already competing well, where it’s invisible, what changed, and exactly what to do next. All of this is done transparently and without bots or gray-area tactics.

What you’ll see in the demo
Keyword Clusters
Most ISVs still evaluate keywords one at a time. Buyers don’t search that way.
Clusters group related AppExchange search terms into buyer-intent categories.
In the demo, notice how clusters reveal:
Where a listing owns a category
Where it’s not visible at all
Trend indicators showing keyword position changes
Click any competitor to see how they rank

Tracked Keywords
Tracked keywords focus on the terms that directly drive installs and pipeline.
Instead of a wall of numbers, you see which keywords are improving, flat, or declining, where you hold #1 positions, and where you’re missing entirely.
The goal is not passive reporting. The output is a prioritized set of changes to make, along with why they matter.
In the demo, you can see:
#1 rankings and missing keywords
Clear trends showing what’s improving, declining, or flat
Competitors that consistently block growth

How the service works
This is a managed service, not a self-serve SEO tool.
Dashboards are updated weekly or monthly, with historical snapshots so gains are provable over time.
Ongoing listing optimization is tied to AppExchange visibility, competitive pressure, and conversion impact.
You always know what changed, why it changed, and what to do next.
Transparency & Salesforce compliance
Trust is the oxygen of the Salesforce ecosystem, so the service is designed to respect it. It is fully compliant with Salesforce agreements.
There is no bot activity, no scraping, no manipulation of AppExchange systems. The focus is on content quality, positioning, and buyer intent — not loopholes or tricks.
Why ISVs like the delivery format
Each report is delivered as a single interactive HTML file. There are no logins to remember, no passwords to manage, no tracking, and it works on both desktop and mobile.
Teams like it because it can live anywhere: as an email attachment, inside a deck, or in an internal knowledge base. It feels lightweight to distribute but powerful to use.
Keyword Intelligence is selective by design.
To maintain transparency, compliance, and meaningful results, I work with a limited number of Salesforce AppExchange ISV partners.
Every engagement begins with a brief review of the listing to ensure alignment with Salesforce guidelines and a sustainable, ethical growth approach. This protects both the ISV and the integrity of the insights delivered.
If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so upfront.
Pricing
Two plans. The only difference is who implements the changes.
Plan 1: Clarity — $1,200/month
You get the dashboard, competitor context, trends, and a clear “do this next” plan. Interpretation and prioritization are included. Your team implements the changes inside your listing.
Plan 2: Ownership — $2,400/month
You receive everything in Clarity, but implementation shifts to me. I log in and apply a listing changes. You approve direction; I handle the execution inside the listing.
Optional add-on: Hosted dashboard
GCP-hosted dashboard: +$300/month
You receive a private, password protected link and the latest version is always what the link shows.
This isn’t a SaaS platform with user management. It’s simply convenient, secure hosting for your dashboard.

Keyword Intelligence isn’t about chasing vanity rank screenshots. It’s about being discovered by the right buyers, in the searches that actually precede pipeline and revenue, and having a simple, trusted way to know what to do next.
If you’d like to see your own listing through that lens, I’d be happy to talk.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is Keyword Intelligence?
Keyword Intelligence is a managed visibility service for Salesforce AppExchange ISVs. You get an interactive dashboard, competitor context, and clear, prioritized actions to improve and defend your rankings. It is not a self-serve SEO tool and not generic web SEO.
Is this a one-time report or an ongoing service?
It’s an ongoing service. AppExchange search behavior changes as competitors update listings, reviews shift, and categories evolve. Insights and implementation need to keep pace, which is why this is delivered as a subscription rather than a one-off report.
Why do you prefer quarterly or annual subscriptions?
Because of how rankings behave.
Search rankings behave like fitness, not switches.
It’s faster to maintain strong positions than to lose them and fight your way back. Momentum builds with consistent effort, and when the work pauses, competitors usually fill the gap.
Why is there an initial commitment period?
Most partners see early movement within the first week, often as blocking issues and obvious opportunities are addressed.
That said, AppExchange search signals don’t fully shift overnight. A short initial commitment gives enough time to implement changes, observe how the seach algorithm responds, and refine. Ninety days is the smallest realistic window to create meaningful, measurable, and durable progress.
If after the first month it’s clearly not a fit, you can opt out. No drama, no long contracts — the focus is results, not paperwork.
What’s the difference between the two plans?
Simple:
Clarity: you implement the recommended changes.
Ownership: I implement the listing changes for you.
Both include the dashboard, insights, trends, and a prioritized “do this next” plan. The only difference is who turns the knobs.
Do you guarantee ranking improvements?
I don’t do gimmicky guarantees. What I guarantee is clarity: you will know where you stand, what changed, and exactly what to do next.
In practice, partners see ranking improvements because the work is sustained, focused, and aligned with buyer intent.
A recent example: Sruly from Paytram shared their experience publicly. When they started, searches like “credit card” and “credit card processing” had their listing buried around #55.
After I make listing changes, they moved into the top 10, and within the first week were bouncing between #1 and #2, This was achieved with zero reviews on the listing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All prices are in USD.
Payment options:
ACH bank transfer
Credit and debit cards via Stripe
Invoices can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your chosen plan and whether you’re prepaying.
What happens if we cancel after a few months?
You keep your dashboards and the gains achieved to that point. However, rankings behave like fitness: stopping leads to slippage, and rebuilding later takes longer than maintaining momentum.
How often are dashboards updated?
Dashboards are updated regularly, with proactive monitoring once a week. Important movements either get implemented (Ownership) or sent as targeted recommendations (Clarity).
Is the service compliant with Salesforce policies?
Yes. The service is designed around transparency and alignment with Salesforce agreements:
no bots
no scraping
no manipulation of AppExchange systems
no gray-hat review or ranking tactics
Work is focused on legitimate levers like content quality, clarity, buyer-intent alignment, and listing optimization.
Can you host the dashboard for us?
Yes. The optional GCP-hosted dashboard add-on provides a private link that always reflects the latest version of your dashboard.
Is this general SEO?
No. This focuses specifically on AppExchange search visibility, competitive positioning, and conversion in the Salesforce ecosystem.
